Personal guidance is not open yet. Text typed into the disabled form is not submitted. The operating details below describe the implemented guest flow; provider and backup retention must be finalized before launch.

What we process

When guidance opens, we process the situation you choose to submit, response language, optional category, one optional clarification, generated guidance, and helpfulness or Kural-error feedback. Avoid names, phone numbers, addresses, and identifying details. An essential secure browser cookie identifies your private guest session.

AI processing

Your situation, optional clarification, and reviewed Kural candidates are sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. The initial adapter supports Anthropic. Its final model, processing terms, and provider-side retention must be confirmed before submissions are enabled. We do not use your content to train a KuralMind model.

Retention and deletion

Guest guidance expires no later than 24 hours after creation; the guest session may expire sooner. Access ends at expiry. A scheduled cleanup removes stored problem text, clarification, guidance, and linked feedback within 15 minutes after expiry. Use “Delete this guidance” on the private result page to remove primary content immediately.

Encrypted backups and provider-side copies have separate retention periods. Those periods and the procedure for requests involving them must be published here before launch. Deleting a browser cookie does not itself erase database records; the expiry process still applies.

Security and measurements

Private text is encrypted in the database. Routine application logs do not include prompts or responses. We record token counts, model and pricing versions, and cost outcomes. Usage records are detached from deleted sessions. This build has no advertising, session replay, or optional analytics tracking.

If a trusted hosting proxy is configured, short-lived keyed hashes of network addresses help limit abuse. Raw addresses are not stored by the application. Hosting access-log practices must also be reviewed before launch.
